HVAC Technician - Greenville, SC

Express Employment in Greenville is currently recruiting for an HVAC Technician for a top local company. We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. Responsibilities:
  • Install HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units, ensuring proper setup and operation.
  • Maintain and service equipment through regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using specialized tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and team members on large-scale projects and installations.
  • Document maintenance and repair work through daily logs, service reports, and project notes.
  • Identify and report potential maintenance risks, providing recommendations for preventive solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations at all times.
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as an HVAC Technician
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current HVAC license or certificate
  • Working knowledge of boiler systems
  • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
