Litehouse is seeking a Custodian to join our team

Pay is $17.89/hour

The Custodian position provides housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds

What you will do
  • Perform all duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in and around the facility to ensure a positive image for Employee Owners and guests.
  • Clean and maintain grounds and parking lots, including tasks such as snow or sand removal.
  • Clean facility, including employee restrooms.
  • Ensure cleaning and other supplies are stocked and organized.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma /GED Required
  • less than 1 year One to three months related experience Required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company.
