Cresset is seeking an Associate, Investment Analyst to join Cresset's Wealth Advisory team. The Investment Analyst will be key in delivering exceptional experiences for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families. This position will work closely with the Wealth Advisors assisting the team with investment and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

Client/Prospect Relationships
  • Proactively support the Wealth Advisor by providing excellent client service and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
  • Prepare materials to support client and prospect engagement; including:
    • Generating performance reports;
    • Investment allocation and reallocation proposals;
    • Identifying opportunities within existing portfolios
    • Assisting with the implementation of client portfolio trades, including execution, margin maintenance, and settlement; and
    • Generating financial planning proposals which are guideposts for investment decisions
  • May attend client and / or prospect meetings
  • Work closely with Wealth Advisors, Client Associates, and/or various internal and external parties as needed
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required; may be on track or interest to earn CFA or CFP designations, but not necessary
  • Previous work / internship experience in financial services required; 2+ years' experience preferred
  • Series 65 license required; unlicensed candidates required to obtain the license within 120 calendar days of employment

What We Offer:

At Cresset, we focus on people first. As a service business, our people are our assets. Engaging our clients and employees is our highest priority. Starting base salary range: $80,000 - $100,000. Salary will be based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, licenses/certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location.
