Entry-Level Civil Engineer

Job Title: Entry-Level Civil Engineer - New Grad/Engineer in Training (EIT) - Land Development

Job Description

Join a dynamic and collaborative design firm specializing in civil engineering, hydrology, planning, landscape architecture, and surveying. Our work spans master-planned communities, urban infill development, high-end retail, hospitality and resort development, and public parks. We are expanding and looking for talented, team-oriented civil engineers to join our Land Development team in preparing improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of improvement plans for land development projects.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals including civil engineers, hydrologists, planners, and landscape architects.

• Engage in the design of commercial and residential site development.

• Participate in grading and drainage planning and execution.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• EIT Certification completed or in progress.

• Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D is a plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in civil engineering.

• Familiarity with site design and site plan development.

• Understanding of civil engineering design principles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
