Quality Control Inspector / Production Line Associate

(Inspectors • Testers • Sorters • Packers)
Location: Alliance, TX
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift

We are hiring Quality Control and Production Line Associates to support manufacturing operations in the Alliance area. These roles are critical to ensuring product quality and consistency and are ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, test, sort, and pack products on a production line
  • Identify defects or quality issues and follow reporting procedures
  • Ensure products meet established quality and safety standards
  • Perform visual inspections and basic testing as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow work instructions
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing, quality, or production line experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
