Driver Benefits:
- HIGHLY ATTRACTIVE PAY PACKAGE
- Earn $0.60 to $0.71 per mile, based on experience
- Weekly earnings of $1,476.41 - $2,443.44 depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service
- Full pay package also includes various accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as applicable

How to Qualify:
- NECESSARY: Hold a valid Class A drivers license (CDL-A)
- NECESSARY: At least 6 months of driving experience required
- NECESSARY: Maintain a safe driving record
- NECESSARY: Age must be 21 years or older
- NECESSARY: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Preference for 1-year truck driving experience, but not mandatory
- NECESSARY: Background check mandatory
- NECESSARY: Clean drug test required
- NECESSARY: Clean clearinghouse results required
- NECESSARY: For flatbed driver roles, capability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform twice is essential. Testing during orientation will be conducted, and flatbed drivers tarp approximately 70% of loads.
For California only: Individuals with arrest or conviction records will be considered for Employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
