About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handler to support our warehouse and shipping operations. This role focuses on managing all shipments and deliveries. This individual is responsible for ensuring all shipments are complete, and accurate, receiving product, managing inventory, and coordinating the movement of materials between departments and facilities. This position supports the primary shipping role and plays a key part in ensuring smooth, accurate operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Review orders for accuracy before they are shipped
  • Review internal shipping documentation and flag discrepancies
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming products
  • Inspect incoming shipments and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Organize and identify incoming products for delivery to the appropriate department
  • Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory control
  • Support the transfer of materials between departments and facilities
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and audit-ready
  • Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as needed
  • Warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to follow processes and spot errors before they become issues
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Basic math, counting, and communication skills
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to follow work orders, schedules, and safety procedures
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic data entry or inventory tracking skills a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
