Primary Skills: SQL-Advanced, Tableau-Advanced, Python-Intermediate, Analytical Thinking-Advanced, Credit Risk-Expert, Contract Type: W2 Contract Duration: 10 Months Location: Mountain View CA (Hybrid) Pay Range: $65.00 - $75.00 Per Hour Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Data Analyst with a proven track record in quantitative analysis and passion for leveraging data to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in collaborating with product managers and marketers at our company, providing insights and supporting our business expansion efforts with advanced data-driven solutions. Being part of our dynamic, growing team, you will have the opportunity to work with leading analytics tools, best practices, and contribute to a variety of projects aimed at enhancing our business performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive quantitative analyses to support business decisions. Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for business analytics. Utilize SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools to manipulate and analyze data. Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate closely with product managers and marketers to identify opportunities for growth. Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SQL Experienced with Tableau Skilled in Python Industry Experience Required: Prior experience or knowledge in the Lending Industry or Credit Card Business is advantageous but not mandatory. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days onsite in Mountain View, CA. A Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Applied Math, Econometrics, or Operations Research is required.
