Job Description

We are looking for an Event Specialist to join our team and play a key role in coordinating and executing high-quality events for our clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a polished and professional standard. The Event Specialist will support the full event cycle-from planning and logistics to on-site coordination and post-event review.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of event plans, including timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and venue arrangements.
  • Assist with event setup, on-site management, and breakdown to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners to maintain alignment and deliver exceptional service.
  • Track event requirements, materials, and schedules to ensure all components are delivered on time.
  • Monitor event performance and contribute to post-event reporting and improvement strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold company standards throughout all interactions.

Additional Information
  • Competitive salary within the range of $58,000 - $62,000 per year.
