Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and providing targeted therapy to students with speech and language challenges.
  • Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on each student’s unique needs.
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure students' academic and social success.
  • Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications Needed:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • A (Provisional) State license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Ability to pass a background check as mandated for school staff.
  • Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required; we welcome CFs and new graduates to apply
