Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Retail Sales Team Members. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service while ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the point of sale. Your focus will be on quick service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, assist them with their product inquiries, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Operate cash registers accurately, process transactions efficiently, and handle various payment methods.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals in areas such as credit and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by following point of sale procedures and merchandise handling practices.
  • Help train new staff members, sharing best practices and ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Engage in daily operational tasks like cash balancing and supply replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • No prior retail experience necessary; we are willing to train
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Flexible availability for various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, and more than 50 lbs. with assistance.
  • Comfortable with physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
  • Capability to visually verify information and handle merchandise with care.
  • Compliance with health and safety standards is a must.

Pay Starts At: $14.00
