We are searching for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to become a key member of the Admin Platform (AMP) team. In this role, you will develop enterprise-grade features designed for large clients (1000+ employees), tackling critical architectural challenges while driving revenue through impactful solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement high-quality backend services and features tailored for enterprise needs.
  • Lead engineering projects from concept through execution, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ensure the integrity, security, and performance of services, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and resolve bugs effectively.
  • Collaborate across teams to launch new features that engage and satisfy enterprise customers.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, influencing the team’s technical vision and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to exceptional software quality through thorough peer reviews, continuous integration, and robust automated testing.
