As an Entry?Level Production Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of products and processes within our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross?functional teams to support production, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Role & Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to verify product quality.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non?conformances.
  • ate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency andli>
  • Participate in Kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on quality metrics and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns.
  • Support new product introductions and process validations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college/university (or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 6?years of experience in manufacturing)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior co?op/internship experience or 2?years of related work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem?solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO?9001, AS9100).
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
  • Internship or co?op experience in a manufacturing or quality role.

The base pay range for this position is $77,500.00??$96,800.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidates experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 12/8/2025.
