About Us: We are a vibrant fitness studio dedicated to spreading "More Life" to our members and community. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where everyone is treated with enthusiasm and energy, ensuring excellence in their customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Sales: Actively prospect and sell OTF memberships to potential clients.

• Customer Experience: Create a welcoming studio environment by ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

• Administrative Tasks: Handle all communication and administrative tasks, including responding to client communications and ensuring the studio runs smoothly.

• Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing and outreach events, both in and outside of the studio.

• Social Media: Help ensure daily content for our social media channels.

• Team Collaboration: Partner with our coaches and other Sales Associates to deliver our best-in-class workouts.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales/customer experience (Deal Breaker).

• Skills: Strong prospecting and sales skills, excellent communication, and administrative abilities.

• Location: Must live within 5-7 miles of our location (Deal Breaker).

• Passion for Fitness: Enthusiastic and eager to share your love for health and fitness.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour.

• Sales commission and performance bonus.

• Free studio membership and discounts on retail products.

• Flexible schedule with required working hours: Thursdays 3 pm - 7 pm, Fridays 5 am - 1 pm, Saturdays 6:30 am - 1:30 pm.
