Hello we are currently hiring for Roofer Foreman here in Phoenix, AZ

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated foreman to join our foam and coating team. The ideal candidate will possess over four years of roofing experience and demonstrate a strong ability to lead and work alongside a team of 3-4 technicians. Responsibilities include installing and repairing foam roofs, performing general maintenance and repairs on buildings, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair foam roofs in collaboration with a team of technicians.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings.

• Assist with spray foam, single-ply, built-up, or any other type of flat roof.

• Follow strict safety protocols and comply with all safety regulations and site protocols.

• Coordinate with the Superintendent and other team members as needed.

• Maintain accurate job records for invoicing.

• Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 members effectively.

Essential Skills

• 4-5 years of roofing experience.

• Proficiency in single-ply and spray foam/coatings roofing systems.

• Experience using foam machines, mixing products, and applying coatings with paint rollers.

• Ability to use power and hand tools effectively.

• Strong adherence to safety protocols.

• Punctuality and reliability.

• Experience in carpentry and installation.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions and at heights.

• Willingness to learn on the job.

• Capability to lift heavy objects and materials.

• Willingness to lead others and oversee projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
