Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments, ensuring a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
- Provide personalized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
- Create comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to empower clients on their mental health journey.
- Engage in case consultations and team meetings to enhance client care collaboratively.
- Complete necessary documentation, billing, and treatment plans in a timely manner, maintaining professionalism.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and dietitians, to deliver holistic mental health care.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- Experience working with children and families.
- Possess or pursue a provisional license as per state regulations.
- Strong dedication to providing high-quality mental health care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Strong time management skills to handle documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
