Mid State is the leading provider of orthopaedic care within a two-hour radius of Alexandria, LA. We deliver personalized care using advanced technology while ensuring each patient receives compassionate attention.
- 10 physicians, supported by 6 PAs and 3 NPs including well-established pain management
- Two primary clinics (Alexandria and Pineville) and three satellite clinics
- Orthopaedic Urgent Care
- Two physical therapy locations
- State-of-the-art ASC opening in August 2026 onsite of main practice location in Alexandria
- Onsite EMG, imaging, injections, and DME
- Utilize ModMed EMR system for seamless workflow.
- Partnerships with LSU Shreveport, Louisiana Christian University, and the US Ski Team.
