We are one of New Braunfel's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies and have provided homes and businesses throughout New Braunfels with quality craftsmanship for all of their carpentry and handyman needs. We are currently seeking highly motivated professional multi-skilled carpenters/handymen with skills in multiple trades. Must reside in the Cibolo-New Braunfels-San Marcos area

A good overall knowledge of all trades:
  • Carpentry
  • Tile
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Drywall repair
  • Texturing
  • Painting
  • Cabinets
  • Flooring
  • Remodels
Proper Equipment:
Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Trouble Shooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Presentable:
  • Clean-cut appearance
  • Professional looking truck to haul tools and supplies
  • Organized tools
Other:
  • Looks around the property and communicates to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
  • Takes time to earn the customer's confidence and then inquires about additional work that could be performed.
  • Sometimes taking the time to fix something small, then points out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
  • Someone who is punctual, efficient and maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of handyman experience
  • Own truck or van and tools
  • Strong work ethic and professional demeanor

  • Knowledgeable in multiple trades

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers-folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
