Quality Assurance Lead

Position: Quality Assurance Lead (34610) at Myticas Consulting. Contract 6?12 months, possible hire for a couple of consultants. Pay: $50?72/hr. Location: Grand Rapids, MI (remote possible). Test Leadership Key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership to ensure test deliverables meet standards, quality practices, and end?user requirements.
  • Coordinate within and across teams to create test strategy, plans, timelines, and alignment on execution.
  • Build test scenarios, cases, data, and other quality?related deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies with input from developers, analysts, enabling teams, and process experts.
  • Facilitate development of test plans, scenarios, and cases for product teams.
  • Ensure test data and other needed information is prepared and available.
  • Align with program test deliverables and coordinate testing for assigned teams.
  • Ensure test deliverables are met on time to meet program requirements.
  • Facilitate and coordinate test execution within and across project teams.
  • Coordinate cross?team test execution and track progress daily.
  • Manage bug life cycle, remove blockers, ensure bugs are logged and assigned.
  • Ensure bugs are retested and fix is applied.
  • Create test reports and dashboards to provide quality metrics and analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve standards and practices.
  • Partner with Automation Specialists to deliver automated testing strategies.

  • SAP experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Minimum 3?5 years leading software testing projects.
  • Experience in testing web and SAP applications.
  • Experience with testing methodology, best practices, processes, and tools.
  • Experience coordinating testing for global programs/projects.
  • Strong leadership/interpersonal skills and project management.
  • Agile/Scrum experience, strong knowledge of Scrum practices.
  • Understanding of programming languages such as Java, C, .NET.
  • Knowledge of SAP (plus).
Technical Components

MS Azure DevOps, MS Visual Studio, Service Now, SAP, Web technologies, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
