Project Management Analyst 2
Newport News, VA
Contract
$31.11-$40.93/hr

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications: Project Management Analyst 2
  • Experience in federal government contracting, compliance
  • SAP
  • MS Office Suite
  • FAR / DFARS
  • Leading and influencing without direct authority.
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Proven track record of time management, organization, and prioritization to meet / exceed deadlines / commitments.
  • Bachelors Degree and 3 years of experience. Masters Degree and 1 year of experience. 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree. 8 years of non-related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree.
