.Net Core/AWS Developer

Location: Downtown Chicago or Houston - Onsite 2 days/week

Duration: 12 - 18 month contract w/extension

Key Responsibilities:
• The Full stack Developer will advance the delivery and support the client's security remediations along with development using below technologies.
• Performs security remediations for Veracode, Wiz and other security scans.
• Develop and support Data related work items using ETL/Ab Initio, AWS RedShift, Aws DynamoDB, db optimization SQL/NoSQL
• Performs other duties as developer using .Net Core
• Strong communication skills, for liaising with project leaders and teams.
• Software engineering and system design knowledge is a must.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree and three years of work experience
• Experience implementing some of the AWS technologies (Lambda, CloudFront, Cognito, route53, Dynamo DB, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway)
• Development experience using .Net Core
• Experience with Cloud Automation Development Tool such as Git, Python/Bash/PowerShell Scripting
• Experience with Docker, including management and deployment using a scheduler such as the Elastic Container Service or Kubernetes.
• Thorough knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, Docker Swarm or similar container technologies.
• Event Processing; Tibco & Kafka integrations
• Experience in CI/CD, TeamCity, GitHub
• Experience in agile environment
