As a Supervisor Sales Front Desk, a typical day will include:
- Oversees data entry regarding sales tours, site packages, and self-generated leads into the computer software system.
- Coaches and develops associates.
- Ensure the gallery has hospitality items throughout the sales gallery in all locations.
- Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Cleans and maintains equipment and supplies.
- Completes all Daily Checklists and reports and turns them into management at the end of the shift.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Supervisor Specialist Sales Front Desk:
- Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
