Associate Level: 1 to 3 years' experience, Electrical Engineering
Job Summary:
Provide engineering services to safely meet the Lancaster Mill business plan by providing engineering support to production, maintenance and administrative departments to achieve plant goals.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all phases of assigned projects from concept, scope development, written specifications, bid solicitations and related bid meetings, equipment and facilities engineering/design, manufacturing and installation through final start-up, acceptance and project close-out.
Assist production, technical and maintenance with various types of equipment and process issues from an engineering perspective, particularly in the incumbent's specialized area involving mechanical equipment and related systems. Safely manage all aspects of assigned projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
1 year of experience in electrical engineering OR two engineering internships
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in electrical engineering
1 year experience in heavy manufacturing industry
Candidate Details: 1+ to 2 years' experience//Seniority Level - Associate
Management Experience Required - No//Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
Ideal Candidate: Ideal candidate would have 3 years of manufacturing experience and project management experience.
