Financial Client Service Associate

Summary:We've partnered with a growing, award-winning wealth management firm in search of a Financial Client Service Associate This is an exciting opportunity to grow your experience in the financial world, with potential to grow into a Financial Advisor (upon completion of Series 65 or 66). This role will operate fully onsite in Madison, WI Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Pay is $60,000 per year and competitive benefits are offered.Responsibilities:Ensure clients receive professional service and timely responses to requests
Serve as initial point of contact in office as well as via phone and email
Identify needs and respond with appropriate information
Coordinate client and firm events to meet desired objectives
Support daily office operations
Adhere to confidentiality, security, and privacy protocols
Qualifications:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in wealth management, account management, banking or related
Licensure highly preferred: Series 65 or Series 66
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse group of people and businesses
Strong math skills
Ability and willingness to quickly learn information, and work with little supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality of both client and staff information
