Summary:

We are actively seeking Remote Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioners (AGNP) to deliver both synchronous and asynchronous virtual care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide telehealth services using various modes of communication including phone, video, chat, and connected devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual patient consultations (via video, phone, or chat) for urgent care, primary care, medical weight loss, and behavioral health.
• Gather patient histories, perform virtual exams, evaluate, and diagnose prevalent medical and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and communicate evidence-based treatment plans, providing appropriate patient education.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers through detailed charting and messaging.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered, empathetic care while meeting productivity targets.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in family practice, primary care, or urgent care (not including orientation/training).
• Telemedicine experience is a plus.
• Possess strong diagnostic skills.
• Experience with video consultations.
• Comfortable using EMR systems and digital tools for care delivery.

Licensure:

• Active, in-good-standing state licensure in at least 5 states (Preference for Full Practice Authority).

Education/Certification:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate (DNP) with a focus in Adult-Gerontology or Family Practice.
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) through ANCC or AANP.

Other Information:

• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week (40 hours preferred).
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, emphasizing clarity, empathy, compassion, and patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits:

Medical Weight Loss:

• $20 for synchronous 10 or 15-minute medical weight loss consultations.
• $8 for asynchronous medical weight loss consultations.
• $7 for patient no-shows.

Tele-Urgent Care, Specialty Services (non-medical weight loss):

• $20 for synchronous 10-minute consultations.
• $30 for synchronous 20-minute consultations.
• $40 for synchronous 30-minute consultations.
• $3-$8 for asynchronous consultations/tickets.
• $7-$20 for patient no-shows.

Position Type: Part-time contract

Work Hours: Minimum of 20 hours/week (40 hours preferred); some weekend work possible.

• Medical Weight Loss: $20 synchronous, $8 asynchronous, $7 no-shows.
• Tele-Urgent Care: $20 synchronous (7-15 min), $30 behavioral health consult (20 min), $3 asynchronous, $7 no-show.
• Earn up to $250,000/year as a part-time contractor.
• Flexible work-from-home schedule.
