Primary Skills: SAP FICO (Expert), Finance Modules (Advanced), Design (Intermediate), Configuration (Master), Testing Skills (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 12+ Months Location: Sunnyvale, CA Pay Range: $90 - $92 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated SAP FICO Business Systems Analyst to analyze complex business issues and implement automated system solutions, focusing on SAP FICO configurations and design. The role involves identifying system gaps, providing technical expertise for functional specifications, and ensuring effective scaling of systems. This position requires an individual who can execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to meet business requirements, design automated system details, and may lead cross-functional teams for addressing business or system issues. Key Responsibilities: Analyze complex business problems for automated system solutions focusing on SAP FICO. Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications. Configure system settings and options; plan and execute testing to meet business requirements. Design details of automated systems and provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues, including company-wide, web-enabled solutions. Must-Have Skills: Proficient in SAP FICO and finance modules with a minimum of 5 years experience. Strong ability in system configuration and executing robust testing plans. Educational background in MBA Finance, Chartered Accountant, or CPA. Industry Experience: Prior experience in finance or related industry is expected for this role, to understand and address specific business needs accurately.
