Responsibilities:

• Excellent employment opportunity for an Associate Project/Programme Manager in the Wilmington, DE area.
• Reporting to the GBS Project Management Services Director and working closely with the GBS Acceleration & Expansion Programme Director, you will lead delivery of the strategy, evolution, and adoption of the Project Management Services across the company enterprise.
• You will be accountable for managing the programme plan, building and driving a programme that provides high-quality delivery of the internal project management service, building enterprise leadership awareness of the service, and ensuring adoption and utilization goals are achieved.
• You will task manage the Change Lead and Service Design Lead
• Will proactive, have experience running and scaling a high-impact strategic PMO service, prioritize high-quality delivery, build and motivate a global team, and have a growth mindset.
• Will drive the Project Management Services roll-out roadmap and approach to growth
• Responsible for designing efficient and comprehensive internal operations processes for project intake, resource allocation
• Responsible for designing a high-quality delivery of project management service with the goal of a 5-star customer experience at-launch
• Lead customer interviews to understand business requirements for the service and ensure proper integration to the service design
• Define, create, drive and track the Project Management Services scaled programme plan across all 4 workstreams: operating model, talent acquisition, process/tools/templates, and change management/communications
• Will be a key spokesperson and the accountable leader for driving broad awareness of the service, benefits, and value across the company enterprise through frequent and comprehensive internal communication campaigns
• Manage resource forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning for the Project Management Services throughout the roll-out
• Accountable for design and build of the Project Management Services methodology, standard templates, and tool configurations to support service delivery, in partnership with the Service Design Lead
• Will be accountable for the change management of the scaled roll-out of the PMO service across the company enterprise and the implementation of a robust communications strategy, in partnership with the Change Lead
• Task manage, provide coaching, and support performance and professional growth for the Change Lead and the Service Design Lead
• Develop a healthy customer pipeline with a broad set of business stakeholders invested and participating in the adoption of the service, and arm yourself with metrics to demonstrate the benefits
• Lead a partnership with Procurement leadership to properly engage and manage third party suppliers to support the service with additional capacity or specialized skills
• Create, foster, and maintain relationships with key executive stakeholders, and ensure timely and complete communication on service performance, risks, and issues

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, or Healthcare-related major
• 10+ years of experience in managing high-impact, strategic programme/projects
• Demonstration of strong, communication and relationship building skills with experience in collaborating and sharing knowledge between teams
• Experience considering risks, evaluating alternatives, and encouraging input from others to effectively make decisions and plan mitigation tactics
• Experience in relationship management, across both relationship development, maintenance, and ability to understand internal political influence
• Proven track record in delivering fast-paced, high-risk projects
• Experience of managing and controlling a department budget
• Significant experience and skill presenting in front of C-suite/executive level clients through written and verbal channels
• Pharmaceutical or equivalent global & complex organization experience; experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelines
• Project Management Certification
