Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Corporate Controller to oversee the full spectrum of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing experience, SAP expertise, and a strategic mindset supported by modern analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly close and prepare accurate financial statements
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
- Supervise and mentor accounting team members
- Coordinate annual audits and interface with external auditors
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and leadership to improve financial performance
- Utilize SAP ERP and Power BI or Tableau for real-time reporting and insights
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
- 7+ years of accounting experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial planning
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
