Aon is hiring for an Operations & Technical Specialist II.

This is a full-time, hybrid position, working out of either our Jacksonville, FL, Bannockburn, IL, or Chicago, IL offices.

What the day will look like:

  • Downloads
    • Re-download requests
    • Daily Downloads
    • Activity Note downloads
    • Claims Downloads
  • Complete Reassignments
  • Assist with workload balance
  • Back up Operations Teams
    • Assist with workload balance
    • Assist with escalations from onshore and offshore teams
  • Assist with workflow process review and updates
  • Month end checks
  • Training
    • Provide support with training
    • Provide support with checking work
  • Any additional duties as assigned by your manager

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Property and Casualty insurance license required. (2-20 license in Florida)
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Work skills
  • 3 years of personal lines high net-worth/ultra-high-net worth experience preferred
  • Agency Management System experience, preferably Nexsure, preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $60,000 to $65,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
