US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED
This is a contract position

REQUIRED
  • 6+ years in purchasing or procurement (4 yrs with Associates Degree, 2 yrs with a Bachelor Degree)
  • Familiarity with contracts compliance or contracts administration (one need not have worked as a Contract Admin)
  • Experience as a user of SAP is ideal and preferred
A PLUS:
  • Experience working in a Honweywell or Raytheon facility.
  • Experience purchasing microelectronics.
  • Government or Defense Purchasing experience, especially FAR & DFAR compliance
DUTIES:
  • Work at and across all functional areas of the business and mutiple locations including plants in AZ, CA, FL.
  • Develop working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Plan and manage procurement daily workflow, and report statuses
  • Perform procurement transactions as well as associated administraive work.
  • Participate in supplier selection
  • Make sourcing recommendations
