Become the Nurse Supervisor You've Always Wanted to Be

Your impactful journey will include:

• Assisting in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Being a vital liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts.
• Managing staff with feedback, evaluations, and performance counseling.
• Providing patient care as needed and building meaningful relationships with patients to understand their needs for a successful recovery.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting.
• CRRN certification to be acquired within one year of meeting eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or similar roles, with accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
