What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, or Swiss screw machines on a variety of precision components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform accurate measurements using micrometers, gauges, and precision inspection tools.
- Ensure all parts meet tight quality standards and customer specifications.
- Keep machines running efficiently with minor adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- 3 years of CNC operating experience (lathe, mill, or Swiss).
- Ability to read blueprints or a strong willingness to learn.
- Solid understanding of measurement tools and inspection techniques.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well independently or alongside a team.
Pay range - $21 - $23hr - depending on experience

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
