What You'll Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years of experience in a support or integration engineering role, with a focus on system implementation, troubleshooting complex technical issues and maintenance in production environments
- Strong organizational skills with experience in project management, deployment coordination, or program execution, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and operations teams
- Familiarity with backend/cloud technologies such as C/C++, Golang, GraphQL, NATS, Kafka, gRPC, and SQL, plus DevOps tools like CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitHub
