Ellie Mental Health - Space Coast is growing again We're thrilled to announce the opening of our second location in Brevard County and are looking for passionate, licensed therapists to join our team at our NEW Riverside location in Melbourne, FL.

At Ellie, we take care of the behind-the-scenes operations like intake calls, client matching, insurance billing, and admin tasks - so you can focus on what you do best: providing world-class therapy.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for licensed mental health clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) who are:

• Passionate about mental health
• Collaborative and creative
• Open to working with diverse populations
• Experienced or interested in EMDR therapy
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred

What You'll Do

• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and documentation
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 clients per week (for full-time)
• Deliver creative, client-centered therapy services
• Collaborate with a fun and supportive clinical team
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field
• Active clinical license in Florida: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience with treatment planning, diagnostics, and progress documentation
• Comfortable with diverse client populations
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
• Experience with EHR systems (Valant is a plus)
