We (Our Client) are currently seeking an HRBP professional in Farmington Hills, MI.

Job Role: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Type: Full time - Permanent

Job Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic business partner and organizational consultant.
  • Rigorously analyze and interpret data and build KPI's that support business objectives.
  • Review of current policies, practices, and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
  • Liaise with HR colleagues in the various HR functions on local, regional and global levels to ensure strategic alignment.
We would love to see you onboard if :
  • You have 5+ years of overall work experience.
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree.
  • You have 4 years HR experience with 3 years in an HRBP, Generalist or specialist role.
