Tax Manager - Montgomery County, PA

Location: Fort Washington, PA (Onsite/Potential for Hybrid)
Salary: $100K-$140K DOE
Firm Size: Mid-Size CPA firm

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Tax Manager (Generalist) to join their Montgomery County team. This role offers a chance to step into a leadership position, grow professionally, and work directly with partners, managers, and clients in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and gift tax returns
  • Provide tax planning, projections, and advisory services
  • Work closely with clients across industries including real estate, professional services, financial services, and small businesses
  • Mentor and support junior staff
  • Collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA eligible or working toward CPA licensure
  • 4-6+ years of public accounting experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and client management skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communicator
