Summary:
Join our team as a Patient Access Team Leader In this role, you will guide and support your team in delivering exceptional service while utilizing your advanced knowledge of patient access responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating departmental policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Mentor, monitor, coach, and evaluate team performance with a focus on productivity and quality management.
- Coordinate services, prioritize tasks and workflow, and encourage decision-making and problem-solving within the team.
- Handle complex and novel issues through guidance and support for team members.
- Exhibit critical thinking skills and decisive judgment, thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
- 1 year of relevant experience.
