- Support project management and field teams on ground-up multifamily projects
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, document control, and overall project documentation
- Help maintain project schedules, budgets, and change order tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors, design teams, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct site walks to support quality control and ensure accurate project reporting
- Assist in procurement, material tracking, meeting minutes, and project closeout
- Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer on ground-up projects (multifamily preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and technical documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support both field and office operations efficiently
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning
