Position Overview
Join our team as a Permanent Full-Time Experienced Diesel Technician, where your skills will contribute to the success of our Truck Fleet.
We are looking for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment focused on Heavy Duty Vehicle maintenance.
- Hourly Pay: $27.50 per hour
- Certification Bonus: $100 for each new ASE Certification obtained, up to $700
- Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to $500 every quarter
- Sign-On Bonus: $1250 after 30 days and another $1250 after 90 days
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hours: Second Shift, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocational or Technical Certification preferred
- Basic tools required
- Experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including routine maintenance
- Two (2) years of combination of training and work experience preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A preferred; must obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
- Must pass a drug test, DOT physical, and background check
Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties
- Conduct standard component inspections and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic problems
- Identify root causes of mechanical failures and perform necessary repairs
- Interact with customers/drivers to assess the nature of complaints
- Utilize Shop Management System and electronic documentation
- Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines
- Support operations as needed
