Experience: One year experience in CT or a graduate from an approved CT/MRI program preferred.
License: Current Medical Radiographer license for work state required.
Certifications: ARRT registered in Radiography and Computed Tomography required. BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Must-Have:
- Degree in radiologic technology.
- Strong technical skills and medical knowledge.
- Effective communication skills.

Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, certified CT/RT Technologist.
Responsibilities include operating CT and X-Ray equipment.
You will capture quality diagnostic images.
Ensure patient safety and comfort is a priority.
Position patients and follow scan instructions.
Maintain equipment and administer contrast agents.
Monitor patients for any reactions to contrast agents.
Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Analytical skills are required to compute exposure factors.
You should be adept at multitasking.
A strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and abnormalities is essential.
Candidates who have completed clinical training and are CT board eligible will be considered with the understanding that the registry will be passed within 12 months of hire.
New technologists requiring clinical training will be considered with the understanding that the advanced board certification is required within 12 months at the completion of clinical training.
Strong knowledge in working with pediatric patients is also beneficial.
