Responsibilities

Lead national initiatives within patient safety and regulatory services. Responsible for regional partnership, collaboration and coaching oversight to the management of patient safety programs.

• Partner with leadership on accountability measures, structures and processes for safety outcomes. Work collaboratively with market level leadership in patient safety activities and oversight.

• Investigate or coordinate investigation of safety related incidents patients.

• Review and analyze safety-related data. Prepare reports for committees and/or leadership.

• Maintain records for and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Identify opportunities for error prevention using data analytics and identify corrective action plans accordingly. Provide educational programs concerning safety and emergency preparedness practices.

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
