Description
Under direct supervision, the Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems and equipment. This includes performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the facility operates safely and efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Maintain and repair building systems including lighting, HVAC, power, ventilation, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and cleaning. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. Support housekeeping and organization using the 5S methodology. Participate in team meetings and problem-solving events (e.g., 8D). Document maintenance activities and repairs accurately and promptly. Assist with programming and controls as needed. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
