Local company that has seen tremendous continuous growth is seeking a jack of all trades Senior Accountant. This candidate is someone who is able to take ownership of the role and improve the processes.
 
The team has a fast paced culture, with little turnover and plenty of room for growth. They're on a hybrid schedule, going into the office 1-2 days a week.   
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Senior level booking and review of month end journal entries
  • Review all cash activity and reconcile monthly bank statements
  • Review monthly accounts receivable and corresponding reserves
  • Perform complete and thorough month-end review of all financial statements
  • Maintain detailed Balance Sheet reconciliation schedules.
  • Prepare and send detailed invoices in conjunction with revenue technology to clients
  • Review data and develop reports to streamline AR and create efficiencies with Invoicing
  • Maintain appropriate documentation for all transactions, correspondence etc.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2 plus years of experience within full cycle accounting
  • CPA a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
