Our client, an industry leader in automotive support services, is seeking a Support Specialist to join their team. As a Support Specialist, you will be part of the Parts and Technical Support department supporting customer service and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Support Specialist (Call Center)

Location: Theodore, AL

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm CST, Monday through Friday

Requirements:

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to car lifts, tire changers, and wheel balancers
  • Diagnose product problems based on customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Enter and track customer service tickets using Freshdesk or similar systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to expedite parts orders and resolve shipping or fulfillment issues
  • Support training of team members on product diagnostics and company knowledge resources
What's Needed?
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or related fields
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Strong data entry skills with the ability to type 45-60 WPM accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with ERP systems and customer service ticketing platforms
