Job Overview: Marvin Composites is looking for a dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team at our extrusion plant. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that our advanced equipment and facility systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 1st shift
Exact start and end times are flexible and can be discussed during the hiring process.

Highlights of Your Role:

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Identify root causes of issues and ensure thorough follow-up to prevent recurrence.
  • Plan and prioritize work, coordinating with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
  • Order and manage parts as needed to maintain equipment reliability.
  • Monitor and maintain facility systems to reduce scrap and enhance overall performance.

Pay: $24-33/hour
Compensation will be determined based on your experience and qualifications.

You're a Good Fit If You Have:

  • A two-year technical degree or equivalent knowledge and skills from relevant work experience.
  • The ability to perform accurate and thorough work with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Experience working with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation.
