Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and create tailored treatment plans.
- Provide effective therapeutic interventions to foster functional independence.
- Accurately document patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and goals.
Qualifications:
- Current California Occupational Therapist license.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience in skilled nursing, inpatient, or acute care settings preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in inpatient assessment and treatment planning.
- Knowledgeable in current occupational therapy practices and techniques.
