Senior Java Developer

Relevant Experience

Must have working experience on Core Java, JEE - Spring boot, Microservice development, REST APIs, Relational Database like PostgreSQL, Object Oriented Design and Development.

Must have experience in working with version control systems like Git.

Designs, develops documents, tests, and debugs new and existing software systems and/or applications.

Should have worked in Agile way of software development.

Should have Excellent technical and analytical skills & Ability to learn & apply new technologies.

Should have good written & verbal communication.

Have prior experience working on Linux operation system.

Candidate should have strong sense of ownership for project deliverable.

Ability to effectively manage & execute multiple priorities.

Should be flexible & proactive.

Good analytical skills.

Ability to work in challenging environment.

Technical/Functional Skills

Core Java, JEE - Spring boot, Microservice development, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Object Oriented Design and Development.

Experience Required

12-20 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for development of microservices, preparing unit test cases, unit testing, debugging & defect fixing.

Responsible for database schema designing & implementation of DDL & DML

Candidate will be participating in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.

Candidate will be participating in technical discussion while working in a distributed team & agile development process.

Candidate will be responsible for learning new tools, technologies & related Proof of concepts.

Identify and Analyze user requirements.

Prioritize, assign, and execute tasks.

Develop Java EE applications.

Design DB architecture

Schedule product releases within internal teams

In depth knowledge of Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC

JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS

DBs like Oracle, My SQL

REST/SOAP web services and service-oriented architecture

Generic Managerial Skills

Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills

Must have strong problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Core Java, JEE, Spring boot, Microservices, JPA, Relational Database

Strong understanding of data analytics and data science methodologies.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
