Position Overview:
This full-time Clinical Nurse III role involves working three consecutive 12-hour shifts each week during the day. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with a supportive nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, and perform treatments and special tests while ensuring accurate documentation in accordance with company and regulatory policies.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and manage patient conditions effectively.
- Assess patient needs and responses to provided care, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual's treatment.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment in making informed decisions about patient care management.
- Provide immediate primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
- Administer prescribed and over-the-counter medications as directed.
- Work collaboratively with fellow nursing staff to develop personalized Care Plans for all patients.
- Guide and instruct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $88,192.00 - $136,697.60 annually, with an hourly rate of $36.73 - $60.93.
