Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production and Assembly Worker to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly line, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, initiative, safety awareness, and excellent communication skills, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Production and Assembly Worker

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Days 5:00 am - 1:00 pm

What's the Job?

  • Perform wire cutting and assembly processes with precision and attention to detail

  • Learn and operate wire cutting equipment, lugging presses, and clamp and electrode assembly tools

  • Assist in cleaning electrical cords and conducting quality inspections to meet standards

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production goals

  • Support other areas of the business unit as needed, including overtime work

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided

  • Strong team player with good communication skills

  • Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
