We are looking for a skilled Commercial Plumbing Technician to enhance our team. If you are experienced in diagnosing plumbing problems, installing and repairing fixtures, and familiar with a variety of plumbing materials, we want to hear from you
As a service technician, you will work directly with our customers both inside and outside their facilities, delivering exceptional service and expertise.
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing.
- A combination of new plumbing installations and service work is required.
- Thorough knowledge of complete plumbing systems is essential.
Skills and Abilities:
- Valid Driver's License with a Good Driving Record.
- Plumbing License is a plus.
- Certification in PVC/HDPE Fusion Pipe Welding is an advantage.
- Advanced skills in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing water heaters and boilers.
- Expertise in pump/lift station diagnosis, service, and repair.
- Backflow certification is beneficial.
- Ability to freeze live water lines effectively.
- Capability to perform hot taps on energized piping and equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of drain camera recording and underground line locating.
- Strong electrical knowledge.
- Comprehensive understanding of plumbing drainage, waste, and venting systems.
- Proficient in advanced drain cleaning using cable machines and hydro jetter equipment.
- Skilled in installing and repairing various plumbing pipes and fittings including Steel, Ductile Iron, Copper, PEX, and PVC.
- Proficient in advanced plumbing fixture and equipment installation.
- In-depth familiarity with local plumbing codes and ability to read blueprints.
